You might want to check the Homer Martin Ranch prices. I go there twice a year deer hunting and have been covered up with Turkey.

You can check out El Indio bowhunting. I went there last year for pig during turkey season and there were turkey all over. I feel I could have easily shot some if I wanted too.

Go to craigslist/houston/sporting/turkey bowhunts on the San Antonio river. This is out of San Antonio and has turkeys and hogs, great price too!
