duck hunting Galveston??

is it worth it to go scout west bay for ducks and try to hunt or is it to crowded and a fight for few birds?

Hunted on Christmas bay for the last 2 years, didn't seem to be too crowded. Limited out every hunt.

I've hunted on the coast around there and have had a little success, but nothing amazing.

Have some buddies down there that do pretty good, they also hunt Matagorda and do really well.

Matagorda is the place to go. Sargent also has some decent duck hunting
