    Photo Contest #18 12-17-08 - 12-29-08 "Joy"

There are three topics that I am torn between that I would love to see.

Old Country Churches, Stained Glass and Joy.

I've decided to go with "JOY" because I feel that the majority of the folks here will be able to capture some kind of joy in the next two weeks. I just feel that its proper for the upcoming weeks ahead.

Have fun and I look forward to seeing your joy.

      one more example of "joy"

A small group of us took kids to see the Polyphonic Spree Holiday Extravaganza at the Granada Theater last Saturday.

Blaine is a big fan of the TV show "Scrubs" and had seen the Polyphonic Spree perform there.

Imagine our surprise when they asked kids to come on stage to jam.

As you might guess, Blaine was all over it. TC took this iphone shot to record the joy of my 9 year old on stage with the Spree.

You can also see her on stage about 30 seconds in on this video some random person shot.

A true moment of joy for the dog clan. I'd say we are officially ready for Christmas.

Will do Shane. I'm not use to having so much control at my fingertips with instant feedback from a heads up display. What jumps out at me the most is the quickness I can change settings, on the fly, without removing my eye from my focus. Just a joy to use!
