I've tried, I can see it, just can't find the trail to get me up there. On a side note pig hunting by the light of the moon is some good fun.

I pay attention to it but hunt when I can get to the lease. Hunt midday during a full moon more than I do at other times.

I always try to plan my trips on a full moon.
Without thermal it is still doable with a good scope on a clear night

I love hunting pigs under the full moon. Shot my biggest (300#) boar under full moon with no light.

Didn't know there was any game to hunt on the moon. With low gravity and no air resistance will need a new sight in and dope chart. Gonna be a pain getting a good anchor point in a space suit. Logistics and travel expense will keep me from going.

Some of my best deer have been killed between 10 and 2 during full moon times.

I hunt by my schedule not mother natures. I will check out the weather and the moon before I leave the house but for the most part I just go when I can, rain or shine. Sometimes I get lucky, sometimes I don't.

The times I get to get away are but only a few days a year. When I get them, I'm out there an hour before sunrise and sit till something hits the ground or the sun goes down.
