Is this an old buck that should be culled?

I dont have any good body pics of this critter. (Ill dig back in my photo files and see if I can find him.) He is very scarred along the body and has a 1 inch by 2 ft scar down the middle of his back.

He is young and looks like you need to name him lucky because I bet he was hit by a car and survived some how so that buck is not meant to die yet !!

Thats a baby. he should be pretty easy to keep track of if the scars remain. let him grow up.
