I've done some searching on various websites and couldn't find any answers.
I've shot some video with my Hero2 in 720p 60fps.
I want to slow it down to 30fps, essentially half-speed.
I tried doing it with the Cineform software from GoPro. It just converts it to 30fps, but doesn't slow it down/double play time.
I tried using Pinnacle Studio 14, but it doesn't seem to like slowing down 60fps.
It makes the entire clip of the first frame.
If I convert it in Cineform to 30fps, then use Studio14 to slow it down, everything works fine. But that defeats the whole purpose of shooting in 60fps in the first place.
I've used Pinnacle Studio for many years and I really don't want to purchase another editing program, but will if absolutely necessary.
Thanks for any advice.
