I'm in. BM has some of the best breakfast tacos in the game for a chain store. Ordered a turkey sandwich with fries and turkey salad with ranch for a couple months when they were down the street. Talk **** about em but lunch and a snack <$12 is a deal.

Quality vs having a drive through weighs heavy. If it's marginally worse, $5 less and i can get it in the truck I'm going there.

I wish they were up in ft worth. They would be better than half the **** up here and be the only bbq with a drive thru that I know of.

If I stop there, it has to be because it is convenient and then the chicken. I had their BBQ once and that was enough.

Turkey, chopped beef or tacos. You don't go to Chili's and order a steak. Don't be dumb.

Agree that Bar B Q is average but I do like the fried chicken, sweet tea & pecan pie. I always get a side of cream gravy to dip the chicken in. Yummy

Definitely better than Luby's. LOL.

Fried chicken, smoked chicken, ham or turkey. The hash browns, beans and slaw with dinner roll.

I know the owner well.
He is known for saying "We're not in the food biz, we're in the ice tea biz."
Basically, everything food is break even, the iced tea is the $$$$$!

Rudy's moist brisket is actually pretty good. The turkey and chicken are as well. The ribs not so much. The one in Schertz is one of the originals and still uses a real pit. It's is better than the others.

YOu gotta know how to use both Rudy's and Bill Miller. It's not for a real Central Texas BBQ experience. I eat at them when I want to eat somewhat healthy and low fat. Better than fast food........yet fast and easy.

It’s hard to order BBQ from a restaurant that doesn’t have a BBQ pit...... never had their chicken though.

I ate there once in San Antonio. NASTY! I didn’t think it was possibly to ruin BBQ, or
At least do it worse than Dicky’s. They proved me wrong. Can’t fathom ever trying it again even at those prices for fried chicken.

All this hate for Bill Miller's and Rudys is crazy. I'm not saying either one is the top notch bbq. Price wise compared to what you get, they are hard top beat. Blacks in Lockhart is supposed to be one of the best in Texas, I would drive past them to eat at Bill Miller's.

Really? You are in San Antonio and don't know their BBQ operation is downtown and cooks brisket for there 70+ locations each and every day.
You must go there for the tea.

Yes I know their operation and that is also why their brisket tastes like it was nuked in the microwave.
