Plannin on a evening hunt today and work ran lateon the road now. Gonna try and keep it as live as i can. Depends which stand i hunt and the service!

Just got setup. Went to one stand and didnt like the wind. So moved to my tripod which is hard to not spook deer. Didnt hear running or blowing so hopefully i get something!

So heres the story. I was sittin and looking in the field behind me and heard some walking in front of me. Swivveld around and dtood up and saw a doe about 60 yards behind some branches. Now im hunting in the neck of a tank with tons of oak trees. And its a big draw in the neck of the tank. Well i figured shed come down the draw for an easy 10-15 yard shot. Well that aint what happened. She climbed the hill and got out to about 40 yards broadside on the ither side of the draw and stops. So i decided its now or never. Well she got behind more branches. To my surpruse she worked down and came on the same side of thr hill my tripod is on. 20 yard shot. Well she sorta ducked my arrow and spined her. Got down and put another in her to finish her. Wasnt a big doe but shell be tender!
