I built the same setup as bowslayer in this thread. Except I built my own wiring with a convertor. Was very simple.

It comes with a sim card. You just go online and start the service. There are lots of data options that work on a time basis. I chose 4 gigs over 12 months. It was 75 bucks. Thats tens of thousands of pics.

My buddy has 4 and loves them. Slightly better pics then my Spartan.

He runs 6v battery packs with big 42AH batteries

I didn't, mine just emails me the pics. You can add up to 5 email addresses into the camera I think.
