Most gins haul seed off as they gin the crop out. If they are ginning you should be good if the manager has time. The seed houses cant hold much for long. You shouldnt assume that passing a gin means there is seed for sale

Not sure about Mathis but Sinton is not far. Have bought several times at Hartzendorfers Gin north of Sinton.
