Pork Stew (Calabacita Con Carne)

My wife's family is from Laredo and are masters in the kitchen. I uploaded a previous Menudo video, here is another one of my favorites. Calabacita Con Carne De Puerco. It is a Pork and Squash stew, perfect for winter. I have never tried wild pork, but it might be a little tough depending on the pig. I plan to give it a try next time I shoot one, and I'll let yall know how it turns out.
