Last minute Vegas ideas

Just got back from Vegas yesterday, had a great time.

Ate at Giada's both nights, sat at the bar. Was really good.

Took the Monorail and saved money on Uber and cabs.

Saw Absinthe Sat night, great.

Won some money!

George Strait is there this weekend.

For breakfast I would suggest Peppermill. Really good french toast and I have had one of their sandwiches. My wife and I couldn’t finish either plate and prices are not bad at all. It’s a must stop every time we have gone to Vegas.

Leaving Thursday morning for 3 nights in Vegas. Tickets to see George Strait on Friday and lots of casino time. Wish it was the opening weekend of college football though.
I will have to keep this thread up so I can remember where I need to go eat!

Stack right there in the Mirage is one of the best places to eat on the strip, SW is real good too.

We did an extended trip last time in vegas and rented a car spent a few days doing the grand canyon, hoover dam etc. and stayed out there. this time were going to stay on the strip, fremon and very near surroundings but that is an awesome recommendation

We did this a few years ago and ate lunch at the bottom of the canyon. Very cool. Also did a guided Jeep tour of Mt Charleston and the scenery is awesome.

Have the Verbena Cocktail from Cosmo, this is a must! Trust me you have never had anything like it... I don't think it is on the drink menu so you have to ask for it.

I prefer Fremont St. Over the strip. Much better for gambling and people watching.

Lots of options in Vegas. If you want something a little different, take a drive up to Zion National park. Walk the cold water of the Virgin Narrows. Catch some drinks and a great steak dinner in the patio at the Spotted Dog.
