    Mathews z7x..fail!

Today I decided to shoot a few arrows through my NEW mathews Z7-Xtreme. After shooting the second arrow of the day, seems one of the cables decided it didn't like the cam it was wrapped around... Yes, the cable came off of the cam. Heard this can happen. Never seen it till today. Well my archery brothers and sisters, to say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I know these things happen and I know it can be fixed. But now I have to deal with wondering if it will happen again. Will be at the bow shop BRIGHT AND EARLY tomorrow morning.

(And yes I was using the correct arrow size and weight)

check out where the string loop is.

looks like you lost your peep sight also.

i would have them pull the axle and roll it on glass to make sure it's not bent. that's a pretty good gap now between the cam and the limb.

You haven' had it very long I would ask for a new one and find out about customer service. Sorry to see that. Good Luck!

That's what I'm thinking, too. Something is way out of adjustment and I don't think re-stringing the cable is the only issue. Please update us after the shop checks it out.
