Fun with the laser

Spent the afternoon in the shop today, dialing in the new laser on some sample 80% lowers. I can already tell this thing is gonna be a lot of fun!

Ya, spent 8 hours today just tweaking the power, speed, freq and passes, along with fill patterns. Did some deep markings as well as surface etchings. Got stuck trying to do a color change to dark on light colored cerakote.
