If you have a USAA credit card, check the activity. We had someone steal our account numbers and try to use them during the night. One hasn't been activated yet and the other had never been used. Sounds like something was hacked to me. So if you have one, check it out.

It is odd that we had 2 USAA credit cards involved in fraud. Nothing else is weird. It has to be something through them.Comment

I go through this about every year to year-and-a-half. Typically my CC account gets "stolen" when I either just completed or am in the middle of a domestic road trip, and more times than not my CC info gets cloned & used in the DFW area. USAA is real quick to identify this kind of fraud and usually alerts me within a minute or two of the activity and they're really quick to shut it down and null any fraudulent charges.Comment
