I took my truck in to get looked at TSD Wednesday night the 20th check the turbo . The turbo was going out they had to order the parts they be in Tuesday Wednesday . They got all the parts in and Thursday morning he start working on the truck said they would be done Thursday night or Friday morning I called Friday at noon Left message they finally get call back at 4:30 or 5 o’clock they’re still not done with my truck and I am ****** now so maybe Monday morning my truck be ready hopefully I don’t mind the wait so much but being lied to is my problem

I can see where a phone call to you updating status would have been in order but I don’t classify a job taking longer than quoted being lied to.....that may just be me though.
