Nicely done, congrats! Respectable bull for CO. Heavy and carries that mass out to the end. Looks very similar to a 5x5 I killed there in 2018. Either y’all took really good pics or I’m wayyy off on field judging but that bull is bigger than the 275” y’all taped him at.

Yep, I agree. I would have guessed 300"-320".

Will have to throw a tape to him again when I get him back from the taxi around January but 275 was what we got at the time at his house. His 3rds were weak which stunts him a bit and kinda narrow at 30" wide. But will revisit it again when I get him back.

Want to also add no matter how good of shape you think you are in nothing can prepare you for 60 miles of walking in a 5 day period.

Yep, exactly right. I came in willing to shoot first legal spike so this was a an awesome bull that I am absolutely happy with. And will continue to be happy with once he is on the wall.
