Anyone here familiar with best types and prices for the southern Coleman county area?

I had a 750 gal. system installed in 2011 and total was around $5K. It will need to be installed by a licensed installer though.

Gunny the regs vary by county and are covered overall by TCEQ. You can install one yourself if you have the equipment and ability. It's not rocket science.

Incorporated or city areas often required licensed persons to do installation and there are some things to be aware of with placement of lateral lines vs water wells and such.
