Anybody on here had Lasik? Thinking about getting it done this summer. I shoot right handed even though I’m left eye dominant. Anybody have recommendations for the Dallas area? How did it effect your hunting (if at all)?

Did it late, at age 42 or so. Told me the best they expected was 5 years. Well 12 years later I am just now noticing slight changes over the last 2 years. I would have paid double for the results I have enjoyed. It is awesomeness. Certain things in life aint worth finding a bargain...…….this is definitely one of them!!!

Me and the wife had ours done at Mann Eye in Houston. Best money we have spent on ourselves.

Had it done in January and love it. I'm 28 and had -5.5 in both eyes. Lowlight vision took about 3 months to recover but other than that no effect on hunting.

Went duck hunting the weekend after surgery and missed out on the first 15 minutes of shooting. Small price to pay though.

Haven't had time to shoot my bow much since so I can't give any feedback on peepsight effects yet.

Had mine done in February. As mentioned, best money I ever spent. My vision is sharp as ever. I got PRK and not LASIK so the recovery time was a bit longer.

Best money I ever spent! I had it done probably 15 years ago or more...just started having to wear reading glasses this year...that was one of the things they told me when I had it done is I WOULD have to wear reading glasses eventually, but most people have to anyway at some point so I didn't think that was a problem
