    Sabine Forest Stud

Me and my buddy got only a couple of pictures of this deer, all in one night at 10:30. My buddy shot him at 3 pm Saturday. He said the deer never knew what hit him, he just walked off and tipped over!

Public land stud, well stud just about anywhere.

    EDIT*

THATS HIS FIRST DEER EVER. He is spoiled now.

I would say he is spoiled....he's liable to be chasing that one for a while before he overtakes it on forest land

You aint lying, my dad likes to tell him he could fall into a bucket of **** and come out smelling like roses.

But I will say between both of us, we had several days worth of scouting and several hours in the stand observing, narrowing down where we needed to be.

Trail in between suspected doe bedding areas, deer had his nose to the ground just walking through

Nice buck! Especially coming off public, no public land deer comes easy
