    Age of South Texas buck

    This buck was passed on last year due to his condition and drop off from the year before. Curious to know how old everyone thinks he is. I will post my best guess based on history after awhile.

    He looks easily 6.5. If you're saying he dropped off last year, he may be older and declining.

    If that's the case, shoot him now!

      He was skin and bones going into 2016 and his antlers reflected that last year. He definitely bounced back this year and looks much better.
