Victor Torch Dating

Going through boxes in the workshop. Any way to date victor torches? Are old torches worth anything anyway? Rebuild or just wall art?

You local welding supply like Mathewson can send them off and have them blasted and rebuilt new knobs put on etc. on hobby torches it’s not worth it but for bigger torches and especially victors it’s worth it.
