I scoop out about a half dozen out of the pool almost every day. We keep a halt on them in the house with thorough pest control regiments but, I live out in the woods. So outdoors they will be there. Lots and lots where I am in Burnet county.

Saw one in the garage a few days ago, since then have been on a spring/summer clean-straighten up- spray regimen. Had them bad a few years ago, not gonna let them get a toe-hold again.

Yep. Three sick ones in the house. Our exterminator uses something that turns their toes up. They look dead until you pick them up (with a paper towel 'cause I ain't as dumb as I look) and throw them in the trash.

Our nanny sent this to me today. I was rolling until I got home and had to find scorpions.

I didn’t wait, went to TSC picked up some demon and sprayed the exterior and attic. Hopefully we don’t see anymore.

First one I’ve seen inside in 10 years here.

We’ve got a cabin at Buchanan and they are insane. We’ve been staying in our travel trailer when we go down there. Let everyone else deal with them.

Wife stepped on one in the house last weekend. That was a couple hours after she stepped on the tail of about a 4ft rat snake. Needless to say she wasn’t having a good day but,was surprisingly a good sport about it!

Demon WP at tractor supply. Mix in pump sprayer and spray perimeter of your home 4X a year. Will have very few, if any, inside anymore. Demon been killing em this year. Now it's warmer and drier I've been seeing a few dead ones outside.

My son was stung twice last Sunday just above the knee. It was in his jeans. We usually see one every couple of months in the house. We have the attic & house sprayed every Qtr.

Our cats killed one in the house last week. In the year and a half we've lived here that is #5 in the house. They killed 3, I killed one, one was dead in a light fixture when we moved in.

Spread diatomaceous earth in your attic. They crawl up the side of your house, enter through the eaves, get in the attic and come through lights, fans, etc.

The DE cuts the exoskeleton.

I used in in Wimberley and it worked VERY well to keep them out of the house.

yep kills fleas, ticks , ants and more! an ultraviolet light outdoor will drive em away or kill em if they don't leave - plus they glow under it so you can see em! I use the DE in the yard cause I got dogs, lots o dogs!

So if you want to sleep at night do not order a black light on amazon and go scorpion hunting. I was hoping not to find any, at least they were all outside. Killed five in a flowerbed by our driveway.

Saw one in the cabin south of Hallettsville this past weekend. Thankfully one of my boys spied him before he did any damage. That would have been the icing on the cake after getting tagged six times by red wasps earlier in the day.
