It's that time of the year again to start getting ready for the annual Laguna Hunt. I'm already setting up plans to make it this year. This will be my 3rd year going. I'm still looking for that Nilgai Bull Bow Kill. Good luck to all!

Applications are not out yet, but I will be checking and keep ya'll posted. I have to work August 1, but I'll mail mine in if I need to. :-) I like hunting there. Really cool and I've met some really nice people on this hunt.

It is now less than two months away I also checked earlier today to see if anything was posted yet. I was suprised the state already had the public hunt book out.

Nannyslammer and I are pumped up about it again this year. We look forward to killing a nilgai this year instead of wounding them. They are very tough animals I give em that.

My son and I are going to try it this season it will be our first time.
We have been hunting Sam Houston National forest for several years but recently moved to Kingsville and this is alot closer than the forest.
