Anyone around Tyler got one of these....

    I could borrow or rent?

I am looking for a tow-behind brush mower that can be pulled with a four-wheeler or UTV to mow some lanes at my archery club. They are too expensive to commercially rent and I can't afford to buy one for just one use.

Surely someone in the Tyler area does. Those things are right handy.

Nice of you to help Pistol. Y'all must know each other.

Sorry, I don't have one but I'll sure keep an eye out.

Anyone that knows me knows that it will be returned in better condition than when I borrowed it too. Seems like it anyway.

Tyler Archery Club out on Hwy 64 East, by the Oil Palace.
That's just the problem, the lanes are narrow. I have two members that mow the club with their big tractors, they just can't get in the lanes due to how close the tress are. We lease it from the landowner who has it for the pine lumber, so cutting down trees is a big no-no.

have you tried the local home depot. I have rented a billy goat for 80.00 a day, to mow tight lanes along a fenceline, where I could not run a tractor.

I know you gotta walk behind it, but its a great brush mower.
Hope this helps, if nothing else works out.

That's a better price than the one I got from A1 Rental. I will look into it if I can't find a pull behind.
                Thanks!

What kind of width are we talking about?

Underbrush type stuff or mostly grass?

                  Terrain?

flat ground, but wooded with underbrush and thorny vines like dewberries and briars. Walking path width

You don't "have" to walk behind it. When I got too hot, I taped the throttle and roped it behind my 4 wheeler. Viola, a tow behind mower!

No pics, I'm just a redneck, so it didn't seem special.
