        Ok that makes an enormous difference at 50 pounds over the average draw length of a younger person or a woman. A woman pulling 50 pounds at 25" draw and shooting the exact set up as you will average about 40fps than you with the exact same weight arrow.

          Depends on the mechanical. Big 2" Mechs.... 65#, yes I've shot them at 60#, but wasn't super happy with results. 1.5" Mechs.... 50# in a good three blade. But a lot of it has to do with angle of approach for the blade. If its steep you're chopping and need more KE to get it through, if its got a shallower angle, it will slice/cut and be more efficient. I've had good luck this off season with the G5 T3's on pigs. Much bigger entry holes than Reapers (which I shot for several years).
