My dad's former employer use to be the major corporate sponsor for the Senior Bowl in Mobile. I've been to at least 10 SB's and was fortunate enough to spend multiple days watching elite CFB talent workout for the NFL coaches. By far, the most impressive player I ever saw was Brian Urlacher.

He played WR, KR, PR, S, and LB. Dude was all over the field as lots of NFL coaches' jaws dropped as Urlacher was making unbelievable plays on Offense, Defense, and ST. What most people don't realize is Urlacher never played a single down at linebacker in college, his first experience was at the 2000 Senior Bowl Shaun Alexander and Chad Pennington were the most talked about names prior to the practices; however Urlacher stole the show once they put on the pads.

Antwaan Randal El was another player that stood out during SB week. He was a true dual-threat QB at Indiana and converted to WR and PR at the SB so he could play in the NFL (2nd rd pick by the Steelers)
