Default Traditional group hunt

I've booked the weekend of May 4th-6th with 3fingers bowhunting for a group pig hunt. Cost is $300 for the weekend and includes lodging and as many pigs as you can/want to shoot. Exotics are available as well at his regular pricing.
We have four hunters committed so far and can take up to eight. Need 5 to .ale the hunt happen and will need to put up a 50% deposit in a couple weeks.
He's covered up in pigs this year. We usually do a weekend or two of thinning but it hasn't worked out this winter and he needs them thinned.

Hopefully I will get to break free a weekend before then and go try my luck. I always see pigs but I haven't closed the deal with my recurve yet. Killed many there with a compound and several within recurve range. However I seem to have taken on a pigless curse since I took up the trad bow addiction. Time to get that monkey off my back.

Oh man, that sounds like work. I thought two was enough.
I'm sure it'll be a blast. I've known and hunted with Ben for years. It's always a good time.

I went to the 3 Fingers website but I didn't see any mention of lodging listed. So, what kind of lodging are we talking about; tents, bunkhouse, motel rooms?

Also, is hunting done from stands, ground blinds, or spot and stalk?

Lastly, how large (how many acres) is the hunt area?

Obviously, I'm interested in the possibility of going hunting with you guys, but I would like a bit more info.

Thanks,
Andrew

It's a modular house. 2 bedrooms with 4 bunks in each. Full kitchen and bath.
The high fence area is 100 acres. Stands vary from roomy ground boxes to tripods and short ladder stands. He has and area outside the fence as well. There are feeders and spot and stalk will also be an option.

Happy to grill some steaks one night. Also will bring a couple dozen eggs and a couple packs of bacon, plus a pack of paper plates. (not to mention beer)

Gary: just let me know the final number of folks involved close to the hunt.

Also, should we send you a check or contact 3Fingers regarding deposit? How much now?

Thanks,
Ellis

He has box blinds in four locations. Ladder stands at others. I'm going to assume at least one of us prefers not climbing. I have Big Mikes pop up I will take down and set up prior to the hunt as well.

DRT: Could you describe the hunt times they normally do there? In other words, all daylight, or do I need to see about night gear? Also, I paid deposit via PayPal (under first name George).

Brother we can hunt any time any way we want. He does not have lights on his feeders but if you have a bow light then hunt late. I personally have done spot and stalk at night with a bow light using a compound. I misses twice. Judging distance is rough in the dark.
