Sounds like you are getting bent over a barrel and shown the 50 states here.... Get a new truck. Period. Lawyer up, go higher up the chain or whatever, but if it were me, I'd be living there until I was in a new truck...

My dad had this happen with gas station contaminated tanks.

Injectors, Fuel system, glow plugs. By the time it was done it was $11,000.

There is no reason you should have to drive away in anything less than you drove in. I'd call an attorney.

There is a guy on the Ford Trucks forum that recently filled up with diesel only to find out not long after that the fuel supplied put gas in the diesel tank. Luckily, he had his receipt and the gas station stepped and paid for all the costs to get in fixed in addition to paying for an extended warranty on the truck. If I remember right he said the total cost of repairing the truck was about $13k.
Personally, if they went through and replaced EVERYTHING related to the fuel system and gave me a full extended warranty at their cost I would probably be okay with that. But, that is the least I would settle for with them.

Lawyer up. These service guys you are dealing with now will be long gone in 5+ years and this matter will be all forgotten but by you. This will likely be an insurance claim on their end. That what it's there for.
