    A prime rib?

Gonna cook a whole rib eye tomorrow at work for father's day and it's also one of my guys 10 year anniversary with the company. Sooooo, my plan is to cook a prime rib and some garlic smashed taters. What else should I make? Wish we could have beer, but....

garlic mashed potatoes and glanced baby carrots or bacon wrapped asparagus would be an excellent choice

            Garlic Honey Green Beans:

            Fresh uncut green beans
Get a skillet and add olive oil and diced garlic, bring to medium high heat.
Add green beans and a few drops of honey (doesn't take much)
Mix well and cook over medium/high heat until beans are desired consistency.

Yorkshire pudding: ignore the name, it's really a kind of roll/bread you cook with the beef drippings. And it's very easy to make.

kenji's recipe is good (here: http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2...er-recipe.html), but I like to add garlic and rosemary to mine.

Nothing accentuates the flavor of prime rib quite like ketchup.
