Legal or not?

I think this is the same deer, but I cant really tell. I saw him this morning around 7:15, and had him dead to rights at 22 yds, but he never looked at me head-on, so I had to pass. I would have had some better pictures if that crappy WGI camera worked properly, but even after standing directly infront of the camera, looking straight away with ears up for about 5 minutes, I didn't get a single picture. That camera has since been replaced. But anyway, do you think hes legal?

Deer always look wider from the back... I do not think either are legal from these 2 pics...
