I don’t mind spending$100-$150 for a good light todo some Varmint hunting. Any suggestions ? Red, green lens ?

Will these work if I’m running the light and someone else shooting ?

You want a gun mounted light or a scan light?

I’d rather have a scan light.

I'd just get a Brinkmann Q-Beam or Stanley Fatmax from Wal-Mart for that. They both come with a red lense cover. And they're probably both under $50 or close to it.

Just cut the bottom out of a coffee can for a light shield on that Q-Beam. You'll have critters squintin with 3 million candle power.

Great lights and very lightweight...get the neoprene sheath to cut down on the halo.
