            HISD did this as well.. The departing SI sent out emails telling the teachers what props to vote for, also to "look at the candidates that you vote for", something along the lines of knowing what candidates support teachers...

              austin did this last yr in the elections,
              several friends of mine are teachers.... it basically told them what props to vote for on email and postal mail- mind you this is paid for by you and me tax payers... BS corruption is everywhere
