Nice! It's a crime we are the only state allowed to do this!
We're not the only state allowed to do this. Any state may pass a law overriding a corporate policy. It is done all the time. Politicians call it "corporate regulation".
I read yesterday that whereever that big game was held (I don't watch football), the LEO's of that state had filed a lawsuit against the NFL over it. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out!
