Sitting a new place today

I'm hunting a place I've never hunted before. I set everything up about 3 weeks ago and put out a camera last Saturday. Looks like a nice buck in the area! How old does he look?

3-4 is what I was thinking too. He's the first buck on camera and I know there are more here. I guess we'll have to see what shows up.

There is nothing in place at the moment. No feeders or food plots. My plan is after this season to build a good size pen and put in protein and corn year round feed. This place is 532 acres with about 60% being timbered and 2 creeks. I've seen deer here regularly but really have no idea what the heard is like yet. There's a lot of work to be done here.

I would say 3 as well with good genetics. Easy for me to say pass on him as I am sitting on the couch. Completely different story if he walks out when your in the stand. Glad you are seeing bucks though.
