Could he make low 150's?

I know it's not the best picture but I am having a tough time I could see him in the upper 140's as this pic is early august but what are the chances he can break into the 150's? Also I know it is a bad angle and bad pic but I am guessing he is 5.5 any opinions?
Either way he will walk as 6.5 min is our magic number for trophy bucks to be harvested. Thanks in advance.
