cow the coat looks to short to be a hog and I have never seen a hog jump a fence but I have seen lots of cows do it. Well actually the same ones over and over.

Thats a cow looks like a brangus. the tail length gives it away. no hog has a tail as long as his legs

Looks like a big hog to me. I have hogs on camera all the time that have tails that long. I dont see any balls but there are lots of big barrow hogs runnin around. Lots of people that hunt with dogs just cut their nuts off and turn them back loose so they'll get big and they can catch them again.
