I met Wes Mundy at the DSC show and he was a jerk. I wouldn’t pay him to shine my boots. Cuz on the other hand has some great hunts!!!

I stopped by his booth because I recognized the name. I was asking about a fallow hunt for September or October. I asked him about the possibility of bowhunting. He acted like I asked him to saddle and ride a unicorn. Completely smug and mentioned cost several times. I never once asked price or how long it would take to kill one. He acted like he only delt with rifle hunts because they are quick and he could get paid fast.

I will be tsking a friend in a fallow hunt this year. I wasn’t window shopping and he acted like he was too good to talk to me. I’ll gladly spend my money on someone that wants me there

I had the exact same experience. Met him today. The entire conversation lasted 30 seconds and went as follows. Him: “what you interested in hunting?”. Me: “well, right now I’m looking for information on a possible aoudad or mule deer hunt with y’all”. Him, without making eye contact: “it’s $5,750 for Aoudad and $6,500 for mule deer”. Without him ever even looking at me, I said thanks and walked away. He acted like he had zero interest in talking to me and came across like a guy with his head stuck up his ***.
