Being reported that Ben Askren will be traded to the UFC for Demetrius Johnson. Askren Vs Kabib both undefeated in their mma careers. What a fight that would be.

Not done yet but it's close. Ariel Hawani is reporting on it and he's pretty solid on all his reporting. Askren posted on social media saying their is a 98% chance he fights in the UFC in the near future.

Yea would be the first time in history of two mma organizations trading the rights for fighters. Pretty interesting. Now the UFC needs to get Aaron Pico from bellator!

I don't think GSP would fight Askren because he's just wanting big money fights. And I dont think most casual mma fans know who Askren is so the ppv buys wouldn't be big enough. Maybe after he gets a few big fights in the UFC and can win then maybe gsp would come back and fight him. I would like to see all three. I could see them giving him a top 5 at welterweight For his first fight and then setting him up with woodly if he wins. If he beats woodly then it would be nice to see him fight the winner of ferguson and khabib ( if that ever happens )

Undefeated, but mostly again lower tier competition. He is a wrassler that has dominated all his fights on the ground. Most would say he is boring to watch. I dont think he will be very successful against the top tier UFC guys.

I believe i went and saw Askren wrestle at The Dapper Dan Classic years ago. A beast if i remember correctly.

I think Dana just wants to see Askrin get his tail kicked. But it will be interesting to see how well he does in the UFC.
