Saturday morning shouldnt be bad at that time. Youll lock up around downtown but just for a few minutes.

I live in Waco but travel that route frequently... Screw Austin.. Toll road every time unless I have to go into the cesspool... Real hang-up for him will probably be Temple, and Troy...

There are variable message signs on I-35 south of town and north of town that will tell you which is faster...I-35 or 130.

Avoid 35 from Austin to Dallas at all cost... No matter on the time or day of week...

7-8 on Saturday morning? No traffic. You will be fine on 35. Enjoy the cruise. If it was a week day, different story. I travel these roads every day.

You should be fine to take 35N that early on a Saturday. Yes you might hit a little traffic down town (Cause there always is no matter what) but as long as there is no major accident you will be fine. If you took the toll it's actually a longer trip (mile wise) and would cost you probably close to 10$ if not more.

I'd pay $50 to not have to drive thru that crap.

Take 130 because the Longhorns play W Virginia at 11:00 am. Tailgaters and others will be descending on all areas around the Royal Memorial Stadium around the time you would be coming through.
