This is looking good and following along the whole build. Any idea what the material cost is going to run for the metal. I already have two 12 foot doors. I need to build another building that size and dont know if its cheaper to buy a package or do it myself. Last time I bought Green R-Panels they were 65 cents a foot so that telsl you how long its been since I bought any metal or sheets goods.

I purchased a 30x40 kit from a local shop. I priced it with Mueller but the local place beat them in price and delivery time.

$9800 got me every thing I need to erect the shop.

That includes a 12x10 and 3x7 doors. Both end walls are main frames so expansion will be very easy.

Colored walls and trim while the roof will be galvalume. Insulation is also included.

All anchors, tape, mastic, screws, etc

                  *** BUILD UPDATE ***

Was able to make a bit of progress on the shop last night after work. I got all of the weld clips on the rigid frame for the roof purlin. My dad cut out the base plates. We will attach them tomorrow evening.

We are planning on standing them up Thursday evening after work.
