    Anybody use an inversion table?

I have scoliosis but I stay real active. working out every day, hiking etc. I go to the chiropractor once a month at least. I am considering an inversion table while I am at work (I work 14/14 away from home and away from any docs) but I am curious if they really help? If so, do you recommend one? I will order on amazon since I have prime and itll get here sooner. Thanks for the info

I have had one for about 10 years. If I have a lower back flare up (herniated disc) I can get on it for 10-15 minutes a day for 3-4 days and no more pain. I have heard it works for some, some it don't. about as cheap as a doctor visit to give it try.

Im not a doctor, but i visited one yesterday. I was told that the inversion table and traction table are only temporary because once you are on your feet, you will be compressing the fluids back out that are drawn in while on either table. I have a herniated disc as of 6 weeks ago. No surgery, they will be giving me exercises to do.
I will be interested in other thoughts-table is in sale at academy.
