    Digging out underneath concrete

I need to install some drainage under an existing sidewalk. I thought I remembered seeing a post some time ago about using PVC and a pressure washer, but can't find it.

    Any ideas or tips?

Dig on both sides and use a piece of rebar and beat it thru, then tie a chain on the other side to rebar and pull it back thru with a tractor or truck. Run the chain thru a couple times then tape your pipe and slide it in! We do almost once a week, farthest I've gone was 18'

I used my water hose with a fireman's nozzle on the end. It worked very quick.

PVC pipe with a hose connector on one end and a cap with a hole drilled in the end on the other end.

Here is how I did it.However,I had to go under a 20ft driveway. For a sidewalk, a pvc pipe with a fitting and water hose/pressure washer on it should work.Try to keep it level if you can.Good luck.
