Took the camper back to the lease after spending a week on the Frio. Once we got there and i got some "chores" finished, my youngest daughter says "Daddy, lets go fishin". It kind of caught me off gaurd because, even though she loves sitting in the deer stand with me or Momma.....she has never, not even once, wanted anything to do with fishing.
Anyway.... what Abbey wants, Abbey usually gets so off to the stock pond we go.
2 casts later, fish on.....i set the hook and let her reel it in. She poses for the picture and says " I dont get it and its too hot. Lets go back to the camper"

Yep. Johnson Beetle spin it is.... all those little pan fish and bass love em and cant resist the white or chartruese colored ones. Just crank em fast, just below the surface of the water and then kill em and let them spiral down in a slow free fall...fish on almost every time
