I bolted it to the roll cage and also used Look clamps.

Anyone just drill and bolt thru their roll cage?

Mine is built from 0.080” thick steel tread plate. Biggest challenge for me was bending the sides. I scored the underside with a cutoff wheel to make the bends. I slid some plastic tubing over the u-bolts I used to attach it to the roll cage to eliminate the possibility of squeaks. Welded a small piece of angle along the sides to act as a drip gutter.

Guess I need more coffee, but I can't see where it is mounted/bolted.

You did an amazing job on that roof though!

Looks like he went in from the top... you can see the washers up there.

Through the bracket that is on the inside of the back of the roof.

It rests on top of the roll cage and is bolted down.

Also on the back in the corners.

If you zoom in you can see the two back carriage bolts.

Here’s a few I’ve done. I can take better pics of the mounting if needed. All built out of 14 gauge steel.

Well, I tried to take pics. Sorry so dirty. Basically, I use either square bar stock that I tread, or square tubing that I drill a hole and weld a nut inside the tubing. With careful measuring, you can almost always utilize an existing hole in the roll frame. I’ve done one for a Mule also. I’ll see if I can find the pic.

I realize my photography skills aren’t up to par, but here is the Mule top. It has a 48” single row LED bar.

                                Daddy like!!!

Do you get much drip from the sides being perpendicular to the ground? I’m debating whether to make them angled out or straight like yours. Also thought straight with an angled drip line to run the water to the rear.
                                Your thoughts?
