I like shooting the heavier grain weight stuff so in a 243 that's probably 100grain and its hard to beat Federal and Hornady. I would buy a few different grain weights and see which one it seems to group the best with and then buy some decent ammo in that grain weight and hopefully its the heavier of the bunch. I would probably hope to go with Federal 100gr Sierra Game King or Hornady 100gr American whitetail. That said I have put federal fusion through 4 different rifles and 3 different calibers and it has shot sub-moa in all of them but it is only sold with a 95gr bullet.

I used to be a core-lokt guy but starting getting inconsistent shots. Swapped to Hornady whitetail Specials and haven't looked back.
