Based on the front paw and claws, I’d say bear cub if it’s as big as it looks. If it’s close to the camera and actually much smaller, it would be a porcupine. I’m leaning towards porky.

Looking at it again, that’s definitely a porcupine. Not enough neck and shoulder to be a bear cub.
