    Salsa!!!

    Who makes the best?
A lady that worked with my wife made me about 8 or 9 jars with the stuff from my garden. Since then she has quit and I'm down to the last jar!!!
    IT IS GOOD!!!
I'm addicted and need another batch.
Somebody help a Brother out before I go into withdrawls!!!
Buying from a restaurant is not out of the question!!

The batch I had, has a little kick to it. Just right for me.
I planted what was supposed to be mild jalapeno but turned out to be pretty hot. Luckily, I didn't have a whole bunch of them when she made it up.
So, I'm kinda on the mild to hot side!!

Not sure if this is considered “salsa” but my dad makes a green sauce that’s great. It’s a mixture of sour cream, jalapeño’s, cilantro, olive oil, then seasoned to taste salt / pepper. Throws it all in the blender. It’s always the first thing gone at parties, fish fries etc...

                          Salsa!!!

                          Make your own.

Should be a few recipes in the recipe section.

Not 100% sure but I think this is what he uses:

                            1 container of sour cream
                            4 jalapeños
                            1 bundle of cilantro
                            Spoonful of olive oil
                            Salt / pepper to taste.

All blended together, If it’s to hot just add more sour cream.

That’s like saying McDonald’s makes good burgers.
You boys need to learn how to make your own.
We make a few batches every year.
