Took this photo a couple of weeks ago at my friends ranch. We think the little guy got too hot. He/she flew into her hand. We put the bird in the shade and he flew off later on.
Good photo op for me.

I rescued one out of a spiderweb last week but as soon as I got him cleaned off and his bearings he took off without the photo op. You got lucky
