    Real County Rain!

Made a trip to do some work at the lease this weekend. We are just north of Leakey off 83, back in the hills a couple of miles. We got hammered all day Friday with some much needed rain. Not sure exactly how much, but all our creek crossing were holding water. Was even hailing on us for a while. Saw more young bucks out and about this weekend than I can remember in a long while.

Good news. I don't hunt that direction so I don't have a vested interest but those folks were in a bind for some water....glad they are getting it

Don't know what the rainfall total is but we got a real soaking last night and into this morning.

2.5 inches so far and looks like it will be with us for a couple more hours. Radar shows rain from past Camp Wood all the way to Austin. We needed this.

Good amount of rain and serious relief of the drought like conditions this spring/summer have provide us.

                      Welcome to the fire Sir.

Looks like Barksdale got hammered last night as well.

We're a little over 15 miles N of Barksdale and I'm reading 1.52" in the past 24 hrs.

The Llano is expected to breach the 2900 Bridge in Kingsland. That's just crazy big water. Junction is flooding bad.
